4th Annual Christmas Bazaar at Shelton Farms

Application for the 4th Annual Christmas Bazaar at Shelton Farms on December 3rd, 2022 from 10am until 5pm CST. Location is Shelton Farms; 2124 US-41; Pelham, TN Late Registration after November 1st is an additional $10 late fee. We accept: Handmade, Boutique, Local Produce, Plants and Antique Booths and Direct Sales Companies*. Please contact Jessica Miller by calling or texting 931-952-0207 with any questions you may have. Friday Setup is Requested. *We will only consider repeat Direct Sales Companies that have been a vendor with Rustic Lace Events in the past. We prioritize Handmade and Boutique style vendors 1st.

BOOTH SELECTION
Vendors who have been with at this event will get priority over new vendors. They have until October 1st to reserve their previous space. After October 1st, I will begin the booth assignment process. If there is room inside the barn I will go by past vendors at our Spring Barn Sale 1st then move to new vendors. Vendor selection is made by application date, 1st applied, 1st accepted order. Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. I will grant 1 invoice extension, this cannot exceed 30 additional days or 2 weeks prior to the event. We strive in excellence for both our Vendors & Attendees.

*WE ARE ADDING A COVERED INSIDE SPACE IN THE CHICKEN BARN. THOSE SPACES WILL BE FILLED BY APPLICATION DATE - FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE - No Direct Sales Companies or MLM Companies will be accepted unless it is a previous vendor with Rustic Lace Events. Inside spaces are limited and will be given to repeat vendors 1st in order of application status. Inside Space is LIMITED

By submitting this form you agree that you will not hold Rustic Lace Events, Jessica Miller, the owners of the event location, other vendors or event participants responsible for theft, damage, injury or any other unexpected/unforeseen events.
Setup is Friday, December 2nd from 1pm until 5pm this day.
Saturday morning Setup from 7am to 9:30am.
You are to be set up and ready at your booth by no later then 9:50 am the morning of the event. You are not to tear down until 5:00 pm unless told by the event coordinator otherwise. *Emergencies arise and is understandable. Please simply contact Jessica Miller in case of such emergencies that would cause you to need to leave before the event is over. CHILDREN under 10 are Required to stay at your booth space at all times unless accompanied by an adult. Canopies/Tents are required to have a minimum of 30 pounds per leg attached. Steaks are not enough. (This is for outside vendors)
If you require power, you will need to provide a Silent Generator and we will run an extension cord from the outside into the barn you are assigned.
By submitting this application you agree that any payments made to the event is NON-Refundable. We use the vendor money for Advertising, Venue Rental and other event expenses.
