You are to be set up and ready at your booth by no later then 8:45 am the morning of the event. You are not to tear down until 4:00 pm unless told by the event coordinator otherwise. *Emergencies arise and is understandable. Please simply contact Jessica Miller in case of such emergencies that would cause you to need to leave before the event is over. LEAVING THE EVENT PRIOR TO THE END TIME (without permission) WILL GUARANTEE WE WILL NOT ACCEPT YOU BACK AS A VENDOR TO ONE OF OUR EVENTS.
