Friday Setup on March 26th is Required from 10 am to 5 pm. Vendor Shopping hour from 8am - 9am Saturday morning of the event. You are to be set up and ready at your booth by no later then 8:45 am the morning of the event. You are not to tear down until 4:00 pm unless told by the event coordinator otherwise. *Emergencies arise and is understandable. Please simply contact Jessica Miller in case of such emergencies that would cause you to need to leave before the event is over. CHILDREN under 10 are Required to stay at your booth space at all times unless accompanied by an adult. Canopies/Tents are required to have a minimum of 25 pounds per leg attached. Steaks are not enough. By submitting this application you agree that any payments made to the event is NON-Refundable. We use the vendor money for Advertising, Venue Rental and other event expenses.
