Absolutely NO Direct Sales or MLM Companies are permitted. The Union Roost has priority over vendors first, then previous vendors with Rustic Lace Events get next. After March 1st we will accept new vendor applications. You may submit your application now if you will be a new vendor and be placed in our waiting list. Late Registration after July 15th is an additional $10 late fee. We accept: Handmade, Boutique, Local Produce, Plants and Antique Booths Only. - NO DIRECT SALES- The Union Roost & Rustic Lace Events have the right to accept or decline any vendor application. Show Full AgreementBy submitting this form you agree that you will not hold Rustic Lace Events, Jessica Miller, The Union Roost, the owners of the event location, other vendors or event participants responsible for theft, damage, injury or any other unexpected/unforeseen events. You are to be set up and ready at your booth by no later then 9:45 am the morning of the event. You are not to tear down until 4:00 pm unless told by the event coordinator otherwise. *Emergencies arise and is understandable. Please simply contact Jessica Miller in case of such emergencies that would cause you to need to leave before the event is over. CHILDREN under 10 are Required to stay at your booth space at all times unless accompanied by an adult. Canopies/Tents are required to have a minimum of 25 pounds per leg attached. Steaks are not enough. By submitting this application you agree that any payments made to the event is NON-Refundable. We use the vendor money for Advertising, Venue Rental and other event expenses.
