Vendor Agreement & Name Tag Form – Christmas Bazaar 2021

Please fill out this form to it's entirety to ensure a smooth, fun and profitable event for all.

Name (Main Booth Worker Please)*
This will be what is printed on the Name Tag for you.
Please List your Business Name how you want it to appear on the Vendor Spotlight & Your Name Tag(s)
Please put your direct Business Link either Social Media, Website, Etsy page etc. If you DO NOT put the entire link in this box it will not be put in the spotlight.
Please put in a brief bio of your business to include in the vendor spotlight. I will be copy and pasting from what you put here and putting it on Social Media to represent your business with your photos.
Name Tags*

Please List ALL people that will be working at your booth.*
If you will be working by yourself, just list SELF! Click the Plus Button for each additional Person. This is Used for Name Tag's so please make sure to list EVERYONE who will or might be at your booth representing your business, First & Last Name Preferred
How many Parking Passes will you need?*
We only allow 3 parking passes per vendor. Trailers do not require a parking pass. You must pick up your pass upon Vendor Check In. Passes will be taped to the Drivers side window towards the top with your booth number & name or business name. If you need more then 3, please reach out to Jessica at 931-952-0207 (text works best during the work week 6am-4:30pm)
Do you want to participate in the Vendor Exchange?*
This is Not required. To participate you must give an item or items from your booth valued at $15-$25. You may supply a gift certificate if your price-point is not that low. Participating Vendors will draw another participating vendor booth number. You will go to that booth to get your item or items and the vendor who draws your booth number will come to your booth to claim their item or items. 🇺🇲 Are you a Veteran? 🇺🇲*
If you are a Veteran Owned Booth we want to recognize you with a Flag attached to your booth. We will also so a special Veteran Owned Spotlight in addition to the regular Vendor Spotlight 🇺🇲 - Please Comment Which Branch(s) you Served in below in the Comments Section.
Camping Overnight*
You have the option to camp on the venue property overnight if you choose. There are no water or power hook ups and no shower amenities but you are more then welcome to stay in a tent, trailer or bring a camper to stay the weekend.
Generators*
If you will be bringing a Generator please make sure it is a Quiet Generator - If you do not have one and Require Power Please Indicate Below
Setup Day*
Please Indicate on What day you will be setting up. Friday is Preferred but Optional to Existing Vendors. New Vendors need to Contact Jessica Miller at 931-952-0207 for Saturday setup approval. - You do NOT have to do a Complete Setup. Canopy/Tables/Displays are suggested. Property IS Locked overnight.
Please list name(s) and Business name if you require to be by someone. I will do my best but Can Not make any promises
Please upload up to 5 photos of your products and/or booth setup for me to post the Vendor Spotlight. Photos MUST be in a Square (1x1) size or all the same direction and size ie. all horizontal or all vertical. Please NO Screenshots. This is to represent YOUR business, blurry or under-quality photos will not represent your business well. If you cannot upload here, you may TEXT me your photos (No more then 5 Please) to 931-952-0207. You can also email photos to rusticlaceevents@gmail.com

Please take the time to read each line to the fullest. This Does NOT Replace the Agreement in your email. Please Print and Sign Page two of the PDF Vendor Agreement, It will be in your Acceptance Email.
